21st Century Research developed a new Obama cartoon based on impressions of his performance at the Democratic Convention. It promotes the Guide to Foreign Obama Cartoons by Bohdan O. Szuprowicz, soon to be published as E-book on Amazon Kindle. This cartoon has been conceived as a result of analysis of the performance of President Obama at the Democratic Convention in Charlotte, NC recently.

It is being syndicated by 21st Century Research to newspaper and magazine editors on a worldwide basis. The objective is to discover Obama cartoons that reflect the perceptions of foreign countries about current American foreign policy. In particular we try to locate foreign cartoons that have not been published in American media. 21st Century Research evaluates foreign sources such as newspapers and magazines as well as radio and TV commentaries that accumulated since 2008 when Obama was elected President of the United States.

We try to locate these sources in countries like Afghanistan, Australia, Brazil, China, Egypt, France, Germany, Ghana, Indonesia, Israel, Iran, Iraq, Kenya, Libya, Poland, Russia, South Africa, Sweden, Syria and many other. There is not enough time at present to make arrangements for the display of the actual cartoons since most of them are owned by various artists or syndicates. It would be a very lengthy process to obtain permissions from all the sources, particularly those from remote countries and unknown publishers of the Third World. As a result the directory will consist of country by country descriptions of one or more cartoons and listings of the URLs where the reader can find them on the Internet. About 21st Century Research . Bohdan O. Szuprowicz, President of 21st Century Research, arrived in the Unites States soon after the Russians launched the Sputnik satellite in 1957. As a result of his experiences and research into geopolitics, he published “Doing Business with People’s Republic of China” and “How to Avoid Strategic Materials Shortages” with John Wiley & Sons, as well as “How to Invest in Strategic Metals” with St. Martin’s Press. He also published “Multimedia Networking” with McGraw-Hill, which included Japanese and Korean editions and “Multimedia Tools for Managers” developed for AMACOM. Szuprowicz also collaborated for several years with Computer Technology Research, which published corporate reports on Internet and networking technologies.
